Execute end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud release processes
Package creation and packaged deployments
Merge conflict resolution and MR support with developers
Cherry-picking, branch protection, and Git best practices
Sandbox setup, refresh strategy, and environment management
YAML scripting and CI/CD pipeline execution (GitLab)
Salesforce seasonal release planning and readiness
Represent releases at CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings
Troubleshoot production and environment issues quickly and effectively
Collaborate with our existing release manager based in India
Contribute to, improve, and streamline the overall release management process — not just execute it
