Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist in the assembly, installation, or repair of structures and fixtures.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques as required by the job.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude towards work.
