Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, creative, and results-driven Digital Media Marketer to manage our social media platforms, create professional video content, and generate leads. This role is ideal for someone confident on camera, skilled in video editing, and knowledgeable about social media growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Appear on camera to create reels, short-form videos, educational content, and promotional videos
- Edit videos and graphics to a professional standard using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Canva, and other company-provided editing tools
- Participate in podcast-style sessions, recorded discussions, and live content
- Stay updated with the latest immigration news, policies, and industry trends
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and content aligned with brand voice and compliance standards
- Understand and apply Instagram algorithms, SEO fundamentals, and platform analytics to increase reach and engagement
- Develop and execute strategies to grow followers, engagement, and inbound leads organically
- Generate leads through social media platforms and digital campaigns
- Maintain and update website content as required
- Track, organize, and follow up with social media and website leads in coordination with the internal team
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic reports on growth and lead generation
- Ensure consistent branding, professionalism, and messaging across all digital platforms
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, especially Instagram
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content for business use
- Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Canva, or similar video/graphic editing tools
- Basic understanding of SEO, website management, and lead generation
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Assets (Nice to Have):
- Basic knowledge of immigration processes or strong interest in immigration-related updates
- Experience with podcasts, live sessions, or video interviews
