Class 1 Super B Driver

At Grosso Precast Ltd., we build high-quality precast concrete products that support infrastructure and construction projects across British Columbia. We are currently seeking an experienced Class 1 Super B Driver to join our team in Williams Lake.
Position Summary
The Class 1 Super B Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of precast concrete products, materials, and equipment using Super B combinations throughout British Columbia. This role requires a professional driver with extensive hauling experience, strong safety awareness, and excellent equipment handling skills.
Qualifications
- Valid BC Class 1 Driver’s License
- Minimum 10 years of commercial driving experience
- Proven experience operating Super B combinations
- Clean driver’s abstract and strong safety record
- Experience hauling heavy construction or precast materials considered an asset
- Strong understanding of load securement and transportation regulations
- Ability to work independently and maintain schedules
- Mechanical knowledge and pre-trip inspection experience
- Ability to work in varying weather and road conditions
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Super B trucks and trailers
- Transport precast concrete products to customer and project sites
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ensure loads are properly secured and compliant with regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery and logbook documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant staff, and customers
- Follow all company safety policies and provincial transportation regulations
- Assist with loading and unloading when required
