We are a busy farming operation looking for an experienced Agricultural or Heavy Equipment mechanic to repair and maintain Fendt farm tractors, harvesters, sprayers, and other farm equipment. You will be helping to manage and monitor a fleet of farm equipment and providing in-field service calls.
This is a year round, full-time position with competitive wages and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- repair and maintain farm equipment.
- perform diagnostics on electronics of equipment (tractors, loaders, implements).
- diagnose and repair hydraulic issues.
- maintain proper records of repairs.
- self organize tasks to priority and timeline.
- keep shop clean and organized.
- order parts and supplies.
- ensure equipment is operating correctly.
- welding and fabrication.
- in-field service calls.
Requirements:
- G license
- Trade certificate (425A, 421A or 310T)
- AZ license (asset)
- minimum 5 years experience
- must be reliable and able to work independently
- must be able to work flexible hours during busy season.
