We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our business, providing excellent service to customers while handling cash transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and balance the till accurately.
- Sell lottery tickets and tobacco products in compliance with company policies.
- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed.
- Perform maintenance duties (sweeping, dusting, mopping) to maintain a clean and safe store.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work morning/evening and flexibility to cover/swing shifts as needed.
- Own reliable transportation (public transit not available for all shifts).
- Prior gas station or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
