Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Tow Truck (Flatbed) Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Must have Tow license.
As an operator you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, assisting stranded motorists, and ensuring that all towing operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations.
Duties
- Operate new 2026 freightliner NRC TB20
- Respond promptly to calls for assistance and provide excellent customer service during each interaction.
- Perform basic mechanical assessments on vehicles to determine the best towing method.
- Maintain accurate records of towing activities, including vehicle condition and mileage.
- Ensure that all equipment is in proper working order and conduct routine maintenance checks on the tow truck.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the road and at job sites.
- Tow license is required, we can help the right candidate with that process.
- Starting at $30.00/ hour with room to grow.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic automotive repairs.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients in stressful situations.
- Must have 3 years (verified) commercial driving experience.
- Valid commercial driving license (DZ) required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A clean driving record with no major violations is essential.
