Drewlo Holdings is currently seeking a Building Manager Team to live-in and manage in London. We are looking for an energetic team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment building. This beautiful apartment building that has great features and amenities.

The Building Manager team is Responsible for:
· Addressing residents' concerns either themselves or involving our maintenance team or the property manager if needed
· Facilitating work orders and performing minor maintenance
· Showing vacant apartment to prospective residents, completing applications and leases
· Carrying out various administrative duties/paperwork, use of company provided smartphone and email is required
· Monitoring activity throughout the building, ensuring residents and their guests adhere to Drewlo policies
· Maintaining fire safety logs
· Maintaining exterior walkways during winter months
· Covering a sister building on their superintendent's day off (the sister building covers for yours)
· Presenting themselves and Drewlo Holdings in a friendly, professional manner to all current and prospective tenants
· Executing the turn-over procedure of suites to new tenants, including cleaning of the suite
We're looking for Building Managers to bring:
· Renting/sales skills
· Top-notch customer service skills
· Handy/basic maintenance skills
· Capable of maintaining high cleanliness standards independently
· A history of property management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,250.00-$4,000.00 per month
