We are currently seeking an experienced Transportation Administrative Coordinator to join our client's team in Ottawa, ON.
Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $20.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Driver check-in
- Customer service
- Scanning BOLs/processing paperwork
- Data entry
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within the Transportation/Logistics industry
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good customer service skills
- AS400 experience is an asset
- Good problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Able to work on the day shift in Ottawa, ON
