Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Growth Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.
The Growth Sales Representative plays a key role in expanding our customer base, increasing recurring revenue, and developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Find new clients for security systems (alarms, CCTV, access control, monitoring)
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, and site visits.
- Assess customer needs and recommend the right security solutions.
- Prepare quotes, proposals and contracts
- Follow up with clients and close sales
- Meet sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline
- Coordinate with installation and support teams for smooth service
- Keep accurate records in CRM and stay updated on industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in field sales, business development, or account management (B2B or B2C).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting on-site visits, demonstrations, and consultations.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
