This role involves a variety of roles assisting in the safe operation of the wash plant, flagging as the business requires, and assisting with cleaning equipment.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the wash bay in a safe and efficient manner including washing and sterilizing mats running the BOSS Centrifuge Mat washing system.
- Flagging duties include directing traffic through sites, using sign, hand and flag signals and warning vehicles to heed signals.
- Assisting shop as required to wash, clean and maintain equipment.
- May be required to use a pressure washer and wand as required.
- Vegetation Management including mechanical and chemical vegetation control.
- Willingness to obtain further vegetation management education as the business requires.
- General labourer duties as required.
- Ability to work in the field as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous flagging experience is an asset.
- Safety tickets (Standard First Aid, CSTS).
- Previous labourer experience is an asset.
- Valid Driver’s license.

- Make HSE suggestions to supervisors and management,
- Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain all PPE in good condition,
- Assist management in challenging and improving the HSE program in a forward direction ensuring HSE continues to improve and be safety conscious at all times.
