Host and deal a variety of casino games live on camera for real players, in a rotating shift environment
Interact with players and deliver an engaging, rewarding experience
Provide excellent service to clients at every touchpoint
Maintain the highest professional standards at all times
Native/fluent Mandarin (C1), oral and written + fluent English (C1)
1-2 years' previous experience in a service-related industry
Must already be local to Toronto with the right to work and live in Canada
Strong work ethic, open to learning new things
Genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
