Rockstar Music is seeking a dynamic and skilled Music Lesson Coordinator to join our team of university educated musicians, teachers, and recording industry professionals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and help oversee the daily operations of our music school, including selling music lessons to new students, providing exceptional customer service to current students, coordinating and scheduling lessons, assisting with social media and events, and addressing administrative issues.

An ability to sell themselves as well as our offerings — selling our school on the phone to potential clients is one of the most important parts of this position

Assisting current students and teachers both over the phone, and by email & text with scheduling changes

Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues and concerns
