Oretta Hospitality is looking for a Manager to join our team! Oretta first opened their doors in 2017 to provide Toronto’s vibrant King West area with an authentic yet modern-day Italian culinary experience.
In 2022, Oretta Midtown opened, and we are very excited to announce the opening of our third location, Oretta Downtown, in Summer 2025. We focus on delivering genuine Italian cuisine, emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods.
Our menu features a variety of classic Italian dishes with innovative twists on traditional recipes. The restaurant's design typically reflects a blend of classic Italian elegance with modern aesthetics. About the Role
The Restaurant Manager is accountable for assisting the General Manager with managing the daily activities of the restaurant, ensuring impeccable customer service, maximizing profitability, and overseeing staff. The Manager sets the standard through leadership, oversees all aspects of restaurant operations and boosts business performance. They ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality expectations, and company policies.

Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced Manager who has expertise in high-volume Casual Fine Dining Restaurants. Experience working on the floor with our management team is essential and have experience in:
- 200+ seat business budgets
- 100+ Front of House staff
- Scheduling
- Inventory
- Health & safety adherence
- Guest Relations
- Assisting with on-site VIP guests and Events
Required Skills
We are looking for Managers with all levels of experience, and compensation rate will be determined based on experience and expertise in the role.
Preferred Skills
This position requires a flexible schedule, including a mix of both Day shifts and Evening shifts (closes), and the ability to work Holidays and Weekends.
The position requires strong leadership skills and the desire to learn and grow
