Job Summary
Limitless Landscapes is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, with the ability to manage a team effectively. This role involves coordinating various landscaping tasks, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining safety protocols across all job sites.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscape projects, including planting, grading, patios, retaining walls, sod and more
- Operate and maintain equipment such as excavators, power tools, and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Manage team members by assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring safety compliance
- Conduct inspections to ensure work quality aligns with company standards and client expectations
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment and perform basic repairs or coordinate repairs as needed
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards on all job sites
Skills
- Proficiency with excavation equipment such as excavators and mini skids
- Experience in building patios, retaining walls
- Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping machinery and tools
- Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, pruners) and power tools (drills, saws) safely and effectively
- Solid understanding of construction principles relevant to landscape projects
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills for project planning and execution
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
