eMail at TD is the most crucial digital channel that the Bank's 95,000 colleagues and 28 million customers rely upon. The eMessaging team provides 2nd level infrastructure support for End User Technology platforms and is accountable for day-to-day technology maintenance, administration, and operations, as well as all platform lifecycle accountabilities including product roadmap development and implementation in support of enhanced availability and performance objectives.
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for helping the team manage a vast set of operability and reliability documentation and artifacts spanning over a decade. These artifacts span Production, Build/Staging, and Test/Development environment configurations and are used by Internal/External Audit, Operational Standards peers, process specialists, and technical subject matter experts, whom you will work with and forge strong working relationships to help review and organize this wealth of information.
Organizing this information will better enable the eMessaging team to maintain a deep understanding of standards and process elements to successfully manage, administer, and resolve gaps that exist in both process and implementation.
