Marketing Lead – Industrial & Waste Equipment Industry

About the Role
Our client is a growing organization specializing in waste equipment solutions and industrial products across Canada and the United States. They are seeking a Marketing Lead who is both strategic and hands-on, someone who can take ownership of marketing initiatives from idea through execution.
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, this role will lead the development and execution of marketing programs that strengthen brand awareness, support sales growth, generate qualified leads, and position the company as an industry leader.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, paid advertising, industry publications, and other platforms.
- Manage campaigns from concept through execution, tracking performance and recommending improvements.
- Partner closely with sales teams to support lead generation, regional campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and product promotions.
- Manage marketing projects, timelines, budgets, and external partners.
Content & Brand Development
- Create and manage content that communicates the value of industrial products and solutions to target audiences.
- Develop blogs, case studies, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, sales tools, and other marketing materials.
- Manage social media channels and content calendars to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Support website updates, landing pages, SEO initiatives, and digital marketing programs.
Sales Enablement & Lead Generation
- Support sales teams with tools, content, campaigns, and resources that help drive business growth.
- Manage lead nurturing activities, marketing automation, lead scoring, and campaign reporting.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and ROI.
Events & Industry Marketing
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and customer events across Canada and the U.S.
- Manage event planning, promotional materials, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-up.
- Measure event effectiveness and identify opportunities for future growth.
Marketing Operations
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Track marketing KPIs and provide reporting to support business decisions.
- Continuously improve marketing processes, systems, and overall effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 6–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, construction, engineering, equipment, or related industries.
- Experience managing marketing programs in a hands-on environment where ownership and initiative are valued.
- Proven success executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content development, email marketing, social media, lead generation, and CRM systems.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, or similar.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and project management tools.
- Strong communication, writing, organizational, and project management skills.

Pay: $83,200.00-$90,000.00 per year
