We are currently looking for a Part-Time Delivery and Pick-Up Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service team at our Northyork location!
Your Day-to-Day as a Delivery and Pick-Up Customer Service Agent at Must Société:
- Contact customers to coordinate in store pickups and collect payments;
- Assist customers coming for pickups with invoicing and payments.
- Receive all incoming phone calls and department emails;
- Process routine clerical transactions in between phone calls;
- Enter the information into the system and trace the previous operations according to the situation;
- Resolve customer concerns, respond to their inquiries and create service Work Orders as required, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures;
- Ensure items being returned are properly accounted for inventory.

Do You Have the Right Profile?
You’ll thrive at Must Société if you have the following skills and qualities:
- 2 years experience of customer service;
- Call center experience (an asset);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Excellent adaptability and quick learning ability;
- A team-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office software;
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and dynamism;
- Discretion and strong attention to detail.
