Kintel General Contractors is looking for a motivated and passionate Construction Project Manager.
A self motivated individual who loves to build all types of construction projects and has a great ability to problem solve.
Must have a minimum of 10 years ICI Construction Experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Working under operations managers and project managers
Ability to foresee project requirements and implement proactive planning.
Ability to draft emails, RFI's, etc.
Ability to use and knowledge of Computer programs.
Able to read project drawings and shop drawings.
Lead team of on site personnel.
Plan, organize, assign and contribute to work to be done by crews and monitor quality and safety
Co-ordinate and schedule sub trades
Material take offs
Read plans
Knowledge of building codes and safety standards is a requirement
Other tasks as required
