We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor with at least 2 years of experience in concrete precast manufacturing. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and lead a team of production workers to meet manufacturing goals efficiently and effectively.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel in the precast concrete plant.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to resolve production issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Assist in inventory management and material requisitioning.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You Have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a concrete precast or similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of precast concrete production processes and equipment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production plans.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, production software).
Working Environment:
- Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, and heavy machinery.
- Requires standing, lifting, and manual labour for extended periods.
