The Peace River School Division is seeking applications for a Full-Time (1.00 F.T.E.) Temporary Inclusion Education Coach (I Coach). This position will commence on August 27, 2026 and will continue until June 29, 2027. The initial teaching g assignment will include instruction in junior/senior high special needs programming.
This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is secured.
Duties:

Work collaboratively to implement an inclusive education environment within the school community

Work alongside classroom teachers to build capacity and provide support
-
Implement and assist with the development of supports and services to meet the needs of all learners
-
Coordinate all health and related services provided by external agencies and partners to support student learning

Administer Level B assessments
-
Facilitate the implementations of Response to Intervention programming
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education.

Must hold or be eligible for a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate

Demonstrate English proficiency.

Annual Salary Range: $ 66,520 to $ 112,451 (dependent on experience and education in accordance with the collective agreement between the Alberta Teachers’ Association and the Peace River School Division).
