Job Duties:
·Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including cooks, prep workers, and dishwashers
·Prepare budget and cost estimates
· Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
·Prepare food order summaries for the chef
·Requisition food and kitchen supplies
·Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
·Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
·Prepare and submit reports
·Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys
·Inspect food preparation and serving areas to maintain cleanliness and proper operation
·Plan, organize, and oversee food preparation to ensure consistency, quality, and timely service
·Address and resolve any issues related to kitchen operations or staff performance
Education Requirements: Completion of High School Education
Job Start Date: As soon as possible
Experience: 1-2 years of experience required.
