Quick Fit Parts Inc. is a growing heavy-duty truck parts company specializing in cooling system and A/C parts for trucks across Canada. We supply radiators, charge air coolers, A/C condensers, compressors, coolant tanks, headlights, mirrors, and more.
We are looking for a motivated and professional Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is sales-driven, confident on the phone, and interested in building a long-term career in the truck parts industry.
Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound sales calls, following up with leads, preparing quotes, closing sales, and building strong relationships with repair shops, fleets, mechanics, and existing customers.
The ideal candidate is confident, organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with parts inquiries
- Make outbound calls to new, inactive, and existing customers
- Follow up on quotes, leads, and previous customer requests
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend the correct products
- Prepare quotes and follow up to close sales
- Work with the warehouse and delivery team to make sure orders are processed properly
- Keep customer information and follow-up notes updated in the system
- Help grow monthly sales and meet company targets
- Provide excellent customer service from the first call to final delivery
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is required
- Experience in auto parts, truck parts, heavy-duty parts, or B2B sales is a strong asset
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls
- Able to follow up consistently and close sales
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills
- Able to work full-time from our Mississauga location
