As our SDR, you’ll start conversations with qualified prospects, learn their goals, and book high-quality meetings for our Creative Consultants—building a pipeline that turns into real projects.

What You’ll Do
- Run targeted outbound outreach (email, phone, personalized messaging)
- Qualify inbound leads using structured discovery frameworks
- Book and prep high-quality meetings; maintain a healthy pipeline
- Research accounts to tailor outreach and improve conversions
- Keep CRM (Hubspot) updated and follow sales process/playbooks
- Track KPIs (activity, conversion, meetings booked)
- Join weekly coaching, role-plays, and performance check-ins
What You Bring
Must-have: 1–3 years in sales or client-facing work, remote work experience, strong communication, proactive + coachable, comfortable with CRM/outreach tools, resilient with objections, able to work in KPI-tracked workflows.
Nice-to-have: consultative selling, creative services/agency exposure, familiarity with healthcare/education/attractions/family-focused brands.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience:
- 1–3 years in sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Experience with CRM software like HubSpot is a bonus.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules and track sales data effectively.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 Suite and CRM tools.
- A proactive mindset with a drive to learn and grow.
Personal Qualities:
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales.
- Detail-oriented and eager to develop into a senior sales role.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
