Our crews operate in small two-person teams rather than large construction sites, allowing you to take ownership of your work and complete projects efficiently.

Position Overview
As a Construction Technician – Concrete Lifting, you will perform scheduled concrete lifting and stabilization projects using polyurethane foam injection systems.
Experience with concrete lifting or polyurethane injection is considered an asset. Candidates with construction or trades backgrounds will receive training in our lifting systems.
You’ll be trusted to represent the company professionally, communicate clearly with customers, and deliver high-quality work.
Typical Workday
- Meet at the shop and prepare equipment for the day
- Travel to residential and commercial job sites in the Edmonton area
- Perform concrete lifting and slab stabilization using polyurethane foam
- Work as part of a two-person crew to complete scheduled projects
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Communicate with customers while on site
- Return equipment and complete job reports at the end of the day

Key Responsibilities
- Perform polyurethane concrete lifting and slab stabilization
- Execute scheduled work to company quality standards
- Operate company trucks and jobsite equipment
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites
- Communicate professionally with customers on site
- Maintain company trucks, tools, and equipment
- Accurately report job completion details
Compensation & Schedule
- $28–$34 per hour depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses
- Potential return bonus for next season
- Full-time seasonal employment
- Mid-April to Mid-November season

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction or trades experience
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to drive 3/4 ton or 1-ton trucks
- Experience towing a trailer
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication skills
- Experience with concrete lifting or polyurethane injection
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Ability to kneel, bend, and work on concrete surfaces
- Ability to stand and perform physical work throughout the day
