We are seeking a talented and personable Eyelash Specialist to join our Salon team. The ideal candidate will provide expert eyelash extension services while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are maintained
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and enhancements based on client preferences
- Deliver outstanding guest services, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, workstations, and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations
- Educate clients on lash aftercare, product usage, and other beauty services offered
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products such as makeup, nail care items, or skincare to enhance client results
- Conduct product demos to showcase new or featured beauty products and treatments
- Upsell additional services such as body waxing, makeup application, or hair styling when appropriate
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and processing transactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions or related beauty services such as nail care, makeup application, or body waxing is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to beauty treatments and equipment maintenance
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and address client questions or concerns
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, or guest services within a salon or spa setting is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
- Flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs; some positions may require availability during evenings or weekends depending on business hours
