Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator / Bale Machine Operator to join our team in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a forklift, running the bale machine, and maintaining the bale room while following all safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
- Operate the bale machine.
- Organize and maintain the bale room.
- Load, unload, and transport materials as required.
- Keep the work area clean and follow all health and safety policies.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of forklift operating experience (required).
- Previous experience operating a bale machine is an asset.
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
