Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections
- manage transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are properly stocked
- Handle customer questions via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in inventory management and merchandising tasks to create an appealing shopping environment
- Support team members in achieving sales goals through effective communication and collaboration
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge of technology products or technical sales is a plus
