Reporting to the Director of Procurement, Logistics and Equipment, the Light Vehicle Coordinator is responsible for managing and monitoring vehicles to ensure their availability and compliance.
- Manage internal and external rentals of light vehicles;
- Coordinate maintenance and inspection activities;
- Handle accident follow-ups in collaboration with the Insurance department;
- Manage vehicle registrations with support from the administrative team;
- Monitor vehicle locations and oversee the taxable benefits process;
- Manage purchase orders and invoices related to vehicles.
This role could be for you if you have
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (DEC) in mecanical engineering;
- Over 3 years of relevant experience in estimating, with on-site experience preferred;
- Demonstrated interest in the renewable energy sector;
- Strong communication skills in both English and French, spoken and written;
- Excellent proficiency in MS Project and Excel; knowledge of Bid2Win is an asset;
- Intellectual curiosity;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness;
- Versatility, autonomy, and resourcefulness;
- Excellent ability to manage pressure and stress.
