Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting an Internal Medicine Physician for a new integrated primary care and specialty clinic opening in Greater Victoria in late 2026.
This is an opportunity to establish a comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine practice within a modern, multidisciplinary environment. You'll work alongside family physicians, medical specialists, nurse practitioners, mental health clinicians, and allied health professionals to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
The Role
- Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine consultations and ongoing management
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of complex adult medical conditions
- Receive referrals from an established network of primary care providers and fellow specialists
- Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals to deliver integrated care
- Help develop specialty care pathways and contribute to the growth of a new multidisciplinary clinic
Qualifications
- Fellowship in Internal Medicine (FRCPC) or equivalent
- Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Interest in collaborative, team-based outpatient medicine
