We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our team. Fluency in Spanish is preferred to effectively serve diverse customer bases. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regional territories through proactive outreach and networking.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure retention, satisfaction, and growth by providing tailored solutions and ongoing support.
- Conduct outside sales activities including product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company goals, utilizing analysis skills and Salesforce CRM to track progress and forecast sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that target key industries and customer segments.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our technology products and services to effectively communicate value propositions during customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering long-term relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within relevant industries such as technology or business development.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing market data, customer needs, and sales performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing accounts and tracking sales activities.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to serve diverse markets more effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
- Demonstrated success in account management, business development, or related roles with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
