Dough Production Hand (Dough Maker / Kitchen Prep)
New England Pizza Company – Fredericton
This job is repetitive, physical, and starts early. You will be doing the same thing for hours at a time.
Shifts:
- 6:00am – 2:00pm or 8:00am – 4:00pm depending on the day
- You will work weekends.
Primary Role:
- Dough production (mixing, scaling, handling, proofing)
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Pizza making during service
- Kitchen prep (portioning, basic food prep)
- Customer service when needed
You’re not just standing in one spot. When dough is done, you help wherever needed.
What this job actually feels like:
- Physical work for most of the shift
- Repetitive tasks done properly, not creatively
- Working alone at times with no one watching you
