The Opportunity
We are seeking confident, results-driven Sales Associates to join our Max Mara and Weekend Max Mara teams. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for luxury fashion, clienteling, and delivering best-in-class customer experiences. You will play a key role in driving sales performance while building meaningful, long-term relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales goals while actively contributing to overall store performance
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences aligned with luxury service standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication (phone, email, direct messaging) regarding new arrivals, events, and promotions
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, including fit, fabrication, and styling
- Maintain impeccable visual standards, merchandising, and overall store presentation
- Stay current on fashion trends, brand knowledge, and product offerings to serve as a trusted style advisor
- Proactively support team initiatives and daily store operations
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Passion for luxury fashion and current trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Sales-driven, confident, and motivated in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build lasting client and colleague relationships
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and handle customer concerns with professionalism
- Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and processes
- Second language proficiency is considered an asset
