Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Griesbach, Edmonton, Alberta. As a vital part of our pharmacy, you will support medication dispensing, patient care, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent patient care and support medication management.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Support inventory management and stock organization.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and healthcare regulations.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in pharmacy settings with Kroll software.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration.
- Excellent communication and patient service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior hospital experience is an asset.
