Delivery Driver & Installation Technician (DZ Licensed)

The Role
This is a dual-role job for a professional driver who likes being active and working with tools. At Fitness Avenue, we deliver and install high-quality fitness equipment (like functional trainers, weight benches, and gym setups) across the GTA.
You will spend your day driving our DZ-class vehicles, unloading equipment, and using our top-tier tools to assemble gym gear directly in our clients' homes and commercial fitness centers.

What You’ll Do Every Day
- Drive & Deliver: Safely operate a DZ-class truck to transport fitness equipment to homes and commercial gyms across the GTA.
- Heavy Lifting: Load and unload fitness gear (often 70+ lbs) using proper safety techniques and equipment.
- Equipment Assembly: Use our premium tools to assemble strength and cardio fitness gear on-site. You must be able to follow instruction manuals to ensure everything is set up safely and correctly.
- Customer Service: Represent the brand. You'll interact with customers in their homes, explain the basic operation of their new gear, and collect payments or signatures.

- Valid DZ License with an air brake endorsement and a clean commercial abstract.
- 3+ years of professional driving experience (commercial delivery).
- Hands-on Assembly Experience: Proven experience building mechanical products or equipment using tools.
- Physical Strength: Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull equipment weighing over 70 lbs.
- Good Communication: Fluent English to interact with customers and coordinate with our warehouse team.
Nice-to-Haves (A Big Plus)
- Prior experience specifically installing or servicing fitness equipment.
- A technical or mechanical background/education.
- Forklift certification.
