Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Administrator to join our dynamic property management team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of property portfolios by managing administrative tasks, maintaining tenant relationships, and supporting property operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with property management software such as Yardi. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain property records using Yardi and other property management systems
- Handle tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and service requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely resolution of issues through CMMS or other tools
- Conduct data entry, filing, and documentation of property transactions, lease agreements, and correspondence
- Assist in marketing and leasing efforts by supporting sales activities and customer relationship management initiatives
- Prepare reports related to property performance, occupancy rates, and maintenance activities
- Maintain organized files for all property-related documents and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support administrative functions such as answering phones with proper phone etiquette and managing correspondence
Skills
- Proficiency in Yardi software and familiarity with CMMS systems is highly desirable
- Strong office experience with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience in property management or real estate preferred
- Effective sales skills with the ability to negotiate lease terms and resolve customer issues
- Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive tenant relationships
- Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality
- Experience with filing systems, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and general office procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong communication skills to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members

Pay: $45,959.65-$65,050.09 per year
