The Job!
As a Finishing Associate, you'll be an integral part of the finishing process. Your tasks will include:
- Remove and organize materials based on detailed instructions, ensuring everything is perfectly aligned and free of defects
- Identify minor feature differences, sort items accurately, and stack materials with precision, ensuring no damage to edges or corners
- Dispose of damaged or imperfect units and report any defects to the Finishing Team Lead
- Keep your workspace tidy, maintain clean surfaces, and ensure materials are well-organized and easily accessible
- Stay proactive and jump in when the team needs extra help, especially during busy periods
What you bring to the job
You are someone with strong hand-eye coordination and a knack for working with fine details
- Punctual, self-sufficient, and ready to take initiative when needed
- Eager to support your colleagues and keep things moving smoothly, especially in fast-paced environments
- A solid command of English to understand instructions and ask questions when needed
- Comfort with repetitive tasks, and a consistent approach to maintaining high standards
- Able to work in an environment with a mild vinyl smell & generally cool temperatures
