Window Cleaning Technician (Ladder Experience Required)
Job Description:
Brilliant View Solutions is hiring a reliable and hardworking Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This role involves residential window cleaning, including ladder work, interior and exterior services.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working at heights, takes pride in their work, and can represent our company professionally on job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Clean interior and exterior windows to a high standard
- Safely use ladders (extension & step ladders)
- Perform screen and track cleaning
- Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment
Requirements (Read Carefully):
- MUST have ladder experience (extension ladder + roof access preferred)
- Comfortable working at heights (1 stories)
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Punctual and reliable
- Good attention to detail
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Previous window cleaning experience
- Experience with squeegee techniques
- Customer service experience
Pay:
$20/hour
- Daily 5 star review bonuses
- 100% of tips
Schedule:
Full-time Monday–Friday (weather dependent)

Innisfil & surrounding areas - Simcoe county
