Responsibilities
- Assist customers in locating quality recycled auto parts
- Answer phone, email, and online inquiries
- Identify parts using inventory systems and vehicle knowledge
- Provide accurate pricing and availability
- Coordinate with yard and shop staff
- Maintain organized records and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Automotive or parts experience considered an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Experience with dismantling yards or recycled parts is a bonus
