Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position. No prior experience is required and full training is provided.
The Job:
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls and deliveries at our downtown office
- Run errands around the city
- Book and manage appointments and reservations
- Handle mail, packages, and shipping
- Keep schedules, reminders, and to-do lists on track
- Help out with other day-to-day tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Positive attitude, dependable, and happy to help with whatever comes up
- Organized and able to juggle a few things at once
- Good communication skills
- Valid BC driver's license
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps for scheduling
- No experience needed
