Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle cash and operate the cash register
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
- Assist with kitchen duties such as food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
- Sanitize tables, chairs, and other surfaces regularly
Requirements:
- Strong math skills, including knowledge of basic math and retail math
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work Full time (40hr/week) either mornings or nights
