- Age Restriction: Must be 19+ years of age or older (age-restricted industry).
- Availability: Must be available for full-time work (40 hours/week).
- Shift Times:
- Primary Shifts: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Occasional Shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Must be capable of opening the store)
- Reliable Transportation: Shifts end as late as 11:00 PM; reliable transit or a personal vehicle is essential.
Job Description – Sales Clerk
The Sales Clerk is the face of our store, delivering friendly service, assisting customers with product selection, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers, offer tailored product suggestions, and maintain customer profiles.
- Sales & POS Operations: Process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately, and balance the till at the end of every shift.
- Compliance: Strictly enforce ID checks for age-restricted sales (19+).
- Store Operations: Safely open and close the store following security protocols.
- Maintenance: Keep sales floors, counters, and displays clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Communication: Notify customers of upcoming sales, promotions, and new product arrivals.
