Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Apply eyelash extensions, lifts, and tints to enhance clients’ natural beauty
- Conduct body waxing services in accordance with sanitation standards
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
- Upsell retail products to clients to support their ongoing beauty routines
- Maintain a clean, sanitized work environment following health regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a relaxing and professional experience for each client
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized care
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician and Lash Artist with a portfolio of work preferred
- Knowledge of body waxing procedures and sanitation protocols
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to perform nail care services with precision and creativity
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally and confidently
- Basic understanding of retail sales strategies within the beauty industry
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety standards at all times
- Flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs, including evenings or weekends if required
