Nectar Beauty is looking for a personable Aesthetician skilled in Microneedling to join our team.
This role is a freelance position, providing Microneedling treatments by appointment, using the MicroPen EVO. Training for the device will be provided.
The ideal candidate will have experience treating clients with Melasma and other pigmentation concerns, and the knowledge and skills to perform microneedling safely on clients with dyschromia.
Working with Nectar as freelancer allows you to create flexible hours while building rapport with clients, and the opportunity for expanded service offerings and part-time or full-time status could be considered after 3 months.

- Facials & Peels
- Good facial massage technique
- Dermaplaning
- Waxing
- Electrolysis
Duties & Expectations for Microneedling position
- Perform professional microneedling treatments
- Providing skin analysis prior to treatment to ensure the procedure can be performed safely
- Document client reaction post treatment
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
- Speak knowledgeably about offered treatment(s)
- Educate clients on proper aftercare to ensure optimal results
Qualifications
- Valid certification for offered service(s)
- Proven experience in providing microneedling treatments
- Thorough knowledge of skin health and skin conditions
- Thorough knowledge of medical skincare ingredients, what they treat, and when they should be avoided
- Strong client service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a spa or salon environment
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Passion for the beauty industry with a focus on excellent results and client satisfaction
Pay: $125.00-$150.00 per hour
