Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Floral Delivery professional to join our team. This role involves delivering beautiful floral arrangements to clients promptly and with care, ensuring a positive experience for every customer. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, physical stamina, and the ability to handle heavy loads safely. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in logistics, customer service, and floral industry operations. We pat $6 per delivery and additional for outside areas. First pay may be delayed due to on-boarding process. Typically paid biweekly.
Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload floral products, often requiring heavy lifting and moving equipment such as forklifts when necessary
- Deliver floral arrangements to customers efficiently while maintaining product integrity and presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally and addressing any delivery-related questions or concerns
- Navigate routes effectively using commercial driving skills to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and storage areas
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding delivery schedules, special instructions, or issues encountered during routes
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management or preparing floral orders for delivery when needed
Skills
- Moving and heavy lifting capabilities to handle large or bulky floral arrangements safely.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience during deliveries
- Excellent communication skills for clear coordination with team members and customers.
- Valid commercial driving license with a clean driving record for safe transportation of goods
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing schedules or routes
- Each delivery is paid $6.00 up to 15.00 depending on the area/distane.
This role is vital in delivering fresh flowers with professionalism and care, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our floral services.
