Available Position: Service & Warranty Coordinator – Compact Equipment
MacKay's Truck & Trailer Center is growing, and we are currently seeking a permanent full-time Service & Warranty Coordinator to join our team in Truro, Nova Scotia. MacKay's is a well-established family-owned business with over 40 years of experience operating full-line Truck, Trailer & Compact Equipment dealerships, with locations in Truro and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

The ability to foster relationships with our customers and provide exceptional service will be paramount to your success. As a Service & Warranty Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, manufacturers, and internal departments. You will play a key role in coordinating service activities, administering warranty claims, communicating repair progress, and ensuring customers receive a positive and professional service experience.

- Ability to learn new systems and processes. Computer experience is an asset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
Experience in a service, warranty, customer service, or equipment-related dealership environment is preferred. Mechanical knowledge of compact equipment, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, trucking, or related industries would be considered an asset.
