Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Representatives to join our team, specializing in home renovation products/services. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, promoting our products, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for success, and the ability to engage customers effectively. Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required. Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities
- Offer estimates to potential clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, and follow-up actions
- Attend trade shows, and promotional activities to expand network reach
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present confidently in public speaking engagements
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to highlight key features and benefits of our products/services
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining client records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
