Fluency in English and French is highly desirable to effectively serve a diverse client base. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking within target markets
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing tailored solutions and maintaining strong relationships
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, emphasizing technical features and benefits of fasteners, bolts, abrasives, and related industrial supplies
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable sales agreements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and market reach
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities or areas for expansion
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitors, and technological advancements in industrial supplies
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within the industrial supplies or related sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and marketing strategies
- Technical sales experience preferred, especially with fasteners, bolts, abrasives or similar products
- Excellent analysis skills for market research and customer needs assessment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms for sales tracking and reporting
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills in English; fluency in English and French is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting sales targets
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and territory management
