Job Description
The responsibilities of this position include monitoring for any pests and diseases within our greenhouse. Crops grown are tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. They will have to maintain up to date records, write daily progress reports and report any findings to management
The individual will be working under hot, humid conditions in a fast paced environment. Crouching, kneeling, bending, standing for long periods of time and walking are the physical capabilities required for this job. Essential skills necessary are being able to read, write and speak English, computer use, problem solving, working well with others and decision making.
A valid driver's license and own transportation are necessary for this position.
Completion of high school is necessary and experience is an asset.
Salary ranges are from $16-$20 per hour and benefits are offered. Wages and benefits depend on experience.
