Patient Services Representative
We are currently seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic, team-oriented, hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as a Patient Services Representative. This position is an integral part of the overall day-to-day operation of DLK on Avenue Inc. Patient Services are responsible for all formal interactions with patients and the overall success of the relationship between the company and the patient.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Welcome patients in person and ensure patients are comfortable and happy during their visit
Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to patients
Booking appointments and schedule coordination
Facilitation of patient flow (communicating with clinic staff and patients as well as coordinating services offered in all departments)
Maintaining detailed files and records
Ensure office and medical supplies are adequately stocked
Collaborate with team to continually develop ways to exceed patient expectations
Qualifications:
2-5 years relevant work experience (reception in a medical or hospitality facility)
Excellent Customer Service skills
Good computer skills and office software skills (including Word and Excel)
Ability to organize and multitask between patients, phone and computer
Capable of working on your feet in a busy, fast-paced work environment
Good problem-solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
Skin Care knowledge an asset
Sales Experience an asset
POS experience an asset
** Must have open availability to work shifts Monday-Friday and 1-2 Saturdays per month for a total for 40 hours a week. Must be available for evenings and weekends.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
